GAP: Initiating a Claim

A total loss on your vehicle can be stressful, but the claims process doesn’t have to be that way. ORIAS makes sure your GAP claim process is as simple and efficient as possible. Every claim needs to be reported within ninety (90) days from the date of the Primary Insurance company settlement as required by your contract. The following information is required in order to initiate the claims process, be it online or via the telephone. Please ensure that this information is accurate before proceeding. Once this form has been completed and submitted, you can expect to be contacted within the next 24 hours. Please review the GAP Claim Reporting Form and Vehicle Option Form below, which outline a list of items needed to complete a GAP Claim.
