As president of Old Republic Insured Automotive Services (ORIAS), Mike Cescon is responsible for directing and overseeing company strategy, underwriting and operational performance. Mike joined ORIAS as director of client services and underwriting, and has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. During his tenure, Mike has held various positions with the Company, and attributes his skills to prior experience in underwriting commercial property, physical damage insurance and general liability. He currently serves as president of automotive industry affiliates in the USA as well as assistant vice president of Old Republic Insurance Company.

Mary Gant serves as senior vice president and controller in charge of accounting and administration. Prior to joining ORIAS in 2003, Mary had more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mary currently serves on the advisory board for the Vehicle Service Contract Administration Council and is actively involved in the annual conference. Mary’s leadership has driven many operational efficiencies as well as technological advancements while reducing operating costs and providing superior customer service.

Cindi Parks is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance and supervising final creation of Company forms and sales materials. Cindi has been ensuring the Company’s compliance with regulatory agencies and state insurance departments since her career with the Company began in 1977. Cindi is a participating member of the Service Contract Industry Council, the Motor Vehicle Ancillary Products Association, and the Guaranteed Auto Protection Alliance.

As vice president of claims, Rob Davis oversees the day-to-day operations of the Company’s claims and customer service departments. Rob joined ORIAS as a warranty claim adjuster in 1991, and has previously held positions with the Company as warranty claim supervisor and claims department manager. Rob is a licensed property and casualty adjuster in those states that require a license.
